THE GOVERNOR’S GOALS FOR THE DISTRICT 2011-2012
1 To encourage clubs to promote and implement one community service project that includes participation of Non-Lions in the community by 2012
2 To encourage the use of Club Excellence Program at each Club level to assess the status and needs of the Club and their community at large
3 To encourage Clubs to bring in more families and women to their Clubs by 2012
4 To establish a new Leo Club
5 To increase plus one over current membership in all of the Clubs
6 To encourage Leos who will be graduating to become Lions
7 To have all Club secretaries send monthly membership reports (MMR) and monthly Club activity reports to International and Districts offices
8 To increase participation by all Clubs in District 14-A projects to 100% as outlined in the District Directory
9 To encourage Clubs in the District to have Web Sites
10 To encourage Clubs to visit other Clubs and work together on Club projects
11 To encourage Melvin Jones Fellowships
