Monthly Membership Report
All Lions Club Secretaries are required to make a Monthly Membership Report to LCI by the 25th of each month. This report is critical to your club because it tells LCI how many members that your club has, and using this figure they bill your club TWICE YEARLY (July and January). Making your June and December Membership Reports keeps your club from being billed improperly. There is also the Activities portion on the LCI website that should be filled-in when you have a Service Project and/or Fundraiser. It gives LCI demographics of how many volunteer hours, monies collected through fundraising, and where monies were distributed through your community and LCI projects. Because it is a duplication, the District level MMR has been eliminated for LIONS CLUBS

PLEASE submit your monthly membership report to LCI by the 25th of the month and be sure to include your club activities so that the District can include them in the 14Announcer.

Since there is no provision for Lioness Reports on the LCI level, please complete this computer form by the 25th of each month. The report will automatically be sent to the District Governor and your Zone Chair for you.
New Officers Report (PU-101)
THE LIONS CLUB NEW OFFICER REPORT (known as PU-101) gives LCI and your district important information about it’s incoming new officers and club meeting dates and location.
These reports must be submitted by May 15th of each year to LCI for Lions Clubs and the District Governor for Lioness Clubs.
